NC program error

Not sure why this has started to happen or what I’m missing.

I’ll do the first setup profile to cut some small pilot holes with no lead in/out and the second profile with the usual settings. Has never been a problem. The last 2 days every time I try to post I get this error. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?

Make sure you select set up 1 first before going up and generating g code.

I get this exact code when I haven’t selected set up 1 or whichever setup has the actual toolpaths on it.

It can also happen if you go back and change the design after you have made a cut program.
