when I plug in my plasma it is still on. when I turn off my plasma and turn on the turk I can’t hear the relay. I don’t understand what’s going on

We need to know what plasma cutter you are using. Also are you using a hand torch or a machine torch.
If I understand your post correctly, you powered off the plasma cutter and hit the torch fire button in Firecontrol and there was no click from the relay in the control box.
This coupled with the torch firing constantly when it’s powered on, indicates that the relay is stuck in the closed position. Contact Langmuir support to inquire about a replacement relay.
