One thing to check on before you get your new oven is the wiring inside your panel for the circuit you are powering the oven with. I had some issues with my MR-1 that were caused by the ground wire for the outlet being connected to neutral instead of ground. Wasn’t an issue with my manual equipment (mill, bandsaw, etc) but proved to be an issue with my MR-1. It would allow electrical build up on the housing of the control panel, leading to a fun shock everytime I touched it and prevented the spindle from operating. I’m not an electrician by any stretch of the imagination but I had an electrician friend help me troubleshoot and he discovered the ground to neutral issue. Hopefully your soon to be had replacement oven works great.
