Missing parts from bag

Hello, New member here. So I just received my crossfire pro earlier this week. Unfortunately it seems that they have left out quite a few supplies such as missing the whole washer/spacer bag and the computer stand. I was curious what’s the most efficient way to resolve this problem I know they unfortunately don’t have a customer service phone number. Has anyone had this same problem and how did you resolve it with Langmuir asap?

This was probably shipped separately, but as @Wsidr1 points out, Langmuir Service is quick (unless you try to reach them on a weekend or holiday). They’re probably out grilling a steak and having a few brews then :beers:

Well I take exception to that statement! I have emailed support twice and left a phone message in the past week and have not received a reply to either. And I’m not a happy customer.

Sorry about the delay, we’re back in full swing after the holiday season now so we’ll be able to respond much faster. It looks like Zach replied to your email this morning and has a replacement order started so we should have you back up and running soon.
