Microcut 875 cut chart

Does anyone have a cut chart for the microcut 875 ? I cant find any information on this plasma cutter .

Welcome to the forum.

As far as I know HTP never had a cut chart for the 875. This should get you in the ballpark for a starting point.

Note: I think the 875 at 55 amps has a little more output power and the cut speeds can go up about 20% or so.

Thank you !

You are very welcome.

Just remember that the 45 amp cutting tips don’t last long at 55 amps. You need the 50/70 amp cutting tips to run at 55 amps. This is going to make your kerf some what wider as it has a 1.2mm/.047" orifice. Just something to keep in mind when cutting.

Yea, because what it states there is not what is stated in the 875 adds it said. “With the MicroCut 875SC, the maximum rated CNC pierce capacity is 1/2”; the cut speed at 1/2" material thickness runs at 72 IPM." That’s a long way from the 16 IPM in that chart.
