Hello,
Recently got my Crossfire XR set up, and am currently working on my first cut. The issue I am having is the program will not run after the torch begins to fire. I do not have an issue turning the torch on manually and making cuts using the buttons on fire control. However, when I load a program, it runs until the torch fires, pierces the metal and does not move.
When I toggle on ‘dry run,’ the machine traces the pattern out perfectly. Without the torch firing of course.
Also, when I load the program into fire control, the design does not pop up in the workspace area. I went to the ‘view’ tab and clicked ‘show visualizer’ and all I get is a percentage icon on the screen.
