Mach3 F5 not working

I have a crossfire 2x2 table using Mach3 it seems like the F5 button is not working it is stuck in the on position any help would be appreciated

Is the key on your keyboard mechanically stuck ON ?

The relay is probably stuck (failed) in the control box.

Thanks how do I go about getting it fixed

Are you sure that’s the problem? could also be a short in one of the cables. I would troubleshoot further to find the cause.
