M5 code ignored

On several occasions the Crossfire in conjunction with the Razor 45 torch does not turn the torch off after executing G-Code M5. I have several projects where the torch is positioned by crossfire and then M3 code triggers on torch to cut (that works). But when torch is to travel across the part (yellow line) with torch off (the M5 code) is ignored and torch remains On cutting across the part. On simple projects I just manually turn Off the torch and back on when it is to cut again. But more complexed designs I can not react fast enough. Per Langmuir support the use of a filtered USB cable with chokes helped to eliminate the interference issues I was having. This situation could still be associated to system noise and crossfire controller not reacting to commands. Another note: this does not happen all the time.
I was thinking in Editing a second M5 command to ensure the torch off command is executed. Matter a fact I will try that while I wait for an answer from the experts.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

You’ve verified it’s not an issue with having it set for 4T vs 2T on the RW’s front panel?

I know it is to be in 2T mode, but checking it, it was in 4T. I will have to check that everytime I power the Razor up. This that will do the trick. I was pulling my hair out on that one.

Thanks
