I am finishing my crossfire pro and i am confused. i purchase a Hypertherm 45 sync with my table with the plug 'n play Hypertherm CPC cable**.**
my question is do i have to do all this wiring for the LS-THC or will this cable take care of that.
also with this LS-THC with cable take care of the torch firing hardware.
any help is greatly appreciated.
Go back and read instructions, if you have the Hypertherm harness one part of harness contains torch fire harness that plugs directly to Torch on off on controller. and other half of the harness plugs into THC box from box have another harness that Plugs into THC on controller.
If you have the Hypertherm cpc cable, you can ignore most of those other wires.
The long cable from the cpc goes to the “torch on/off” port on the electronics enclosure.
The short cable from the cpc goes to the DIV input on the little plastic box(VIM).
Another cable goes from the DIV output on the plastic box to the THC port on the electronics enclosure.
That’s all of the wiring for the plasma cutter to the table.
