LS-THC issues, gone through troubleshooting

Hi All,

I’ve gone through the Rev B document for troubleshooting the THC and the only issue that I can see is that the Output of the divider box is higher than the input. The documentation says it should be lower. So I’m assuming that the box is the problem.

The live voltage on the control panel never reads above 3.x volts or so which is pretty close to what I was reading on the wire coming directly out of the divider box.

Any thoughts?

This is on an XR table. Still waiting on an email response to my last email regarding this from Langmuir. But if I don’t hear from them by end of day today, I’m going to call them in the morning.

Thanks,
Ken

SOLVED: worked with Cameron from Langmuir (awesome guy!)… Determined the VIM box was bad on the output side. I was able to tie into the raw voltage on the razorweld 45 using some instructions he provided and it is working again.

So bottom line is that if the div output is greater than the div input on the VIM box the box is the problem.

Cheers
Ken
