I am not sure what you mean by turned off. When FireControl says No Connections in the Height Control, the pc is not seeing the THC module in Windows Device Manager so I cannot even manually connect to it.
Oh shoot man. I did not even see that in FireControl. I will look for that the next time I can get to my machine and see if that has been my issue all along. Really appreciate the help man!!

I think I solved the problem guys. Langmuir tech support suggested I remove the THC model from the motion control board and inspect for bent pins. I did not find any bent pins, so I cleaned the pins and reinstalled the module. After reinstalling the THC module is consistently recognized by the PC connected to the control box.
So I think one of two things were my issue. One: a dirty pin(s) or Two: The module was not properly seated on the board. The module looked properly seated at a quick glance, but it may not have been. Which ever issue was causing my problem it seems to be fixed now.
