Losing cut penetration

Ah Ha! Now I know how you’ve become so enlightened! That’s a combination if ever there was one! Where did you learn how to raise and train Muskrats? (I have a theory about this…) Few muskrats in NJ!

I suppose you teach them to sing “Roll Tide”! Of course they sound like Alvin, Simon, and Theodore.

Yes, we did have muskrats in New Jersey. However, that was a combination of two different cultures back then. My house tax decreased from $12000 per year to $300.

Yeah, not so odd that, my Maine house, which is 3 times smaller, 20 times smaller property is twice the annual tax of my place in NC.

Then again, in Maine it’s a walk down the hill to the Harbor, 6 blocks to the tennis courts. It’s a hell of a drive to the coast from my place in NC and the tennis courts are very hard to find…

Apologies for interrupting your discussion. Regular maintenance on that solenoid should not be necessary if you install a good filter in front of it, such as Motorguard or Ingersoll Rand, depending on your choice.

Uh, sorry @ARDynamics , sometimes we get ‘distracted’… :grimacing: :beers:

Hate to bring it back to business as I am usually a distractor

But the electrode looks to have more life (quite a bit of life) but that tip is toast. Compare it to a new one. As it wears, the orifice naturally increases and this decreases the focus of the plasma stream. This will cause an increased bevel and less cutting efficiency in general.

KwikFab really wants to see a picture of the inside of the tip, if you can.

I mean…while we got the hood up we might as well check the plugs???

Glad you figured it out. I knew BigDaddy and George would know.
