How are your CAD skills? A quick conversion of BigDaddys image here, but it needs some bridging and cleanup. I could do it tomorrow morning, but not tonight.

He’s about 12" tall and I think I got all the gaps where they are cuttable, but you may want to check depending on how fine of a cut your cutter is capable of making.
