here are the electrode and nozzle, plenty of life left yet…. 194 parts.

So tell us about the SQ tube you added to the top of water table? I lift 1/2” with two magnets does it make you nervous to use one? I know there rated for more than the sheet weighs, but they make me nervous!
Also did you manually nest them?

What a large job. The pucker factory must have been extreme when you hit the start button.
Not much room for error when you cut all the holes on the sheet first and then the outlines after.
Is there a reason you didn’t cut out the holes and then the outline one part at a time?
If you had one tip up crash it would be hard to recover if all the holes are already pre-cut in the sheet before the outlines were done.
Anyhow good on you it looks great. I hope you made a bunch of money.

I added the 1x1 square tube to cut back on water splash when cutting at edges (hardly any water splash now on floor) and can add more water.
Magnet rated for 1400 pounds,1/2” x 48’ x 96” sheet 600 pounds. I position magnet in center of sheet and keep my hands and feet clear when lifting and moving the material… Customer did nest, told him to go back and renest file didn’t leave enough material in a few spots between parts.

I have not had any issues with the XR table with over 560 hours of cutting time on it, I have a lot of confidence in it. Things can and do go wrong, I just don’t worry about it.
I never walked away from table when cutting, always watching for a tip up.
Next time around I will cut each part separate.
Thanks Tin, yes, it paid well, doing same job in a couple weeks with a few adjustments on nest file.
