Linking Constraints Problem

why is it that every dxf file I try to tool path has linking constraints? I can create a file of my own and its fine. but if I load a already designed DXF and try to tool path it, it never fails to have linking constraints and the file will fail.Is the a simple fix to apply to all files? PLEASE HELP. This is so frustrating

Hi,
Before starting to program a job, I always make sure that the smallest features are large enough to fit the lead-in and the kerf of the plasma. If they are not, i increase feature sizes until they are.

Yeah i had errors fixed just by increasing the size.

I figured out the problem. I was trying to use my iMac 27” to create g-code and my lenovo laptop to run cnc and it wasnt happening. So i just do it all on pc now. But i seen people using mac to create the code but I dont know how to save it. Any help would be appreciated

did you add the Mach3plasma.cps file to the post folder inside the fusion 360 app?

I get linking constraints if for example my original vector file didn’t have a completed shape, rare that I do that. But… its when the nodes in a shape aren’t fully closed, so it leaves the shape open. To the eye you can’t see it sometimes. But when you come into fusion it will recognize that shape isnt closed.
