It seems I can cut 4-5 signs probably total of 4’ x 4’ of material )with one consumable, it seems rather fast for the life of it. Is this normal or could the life be shortened because I dont have an air dryer with my compressor, but it does seem the Viper 30 does have a small one.
Any ideas.

Consumable life can depend on a number of factors, but the one thing that kills your consumables fast is not having dry air. Make sure that you are using some type of drying filter and it will extend the life of your consumables considerably. Also make sure that your air is filtered for oil and particulates too. There are a number of kits that do both at varying prices.
