Leg kit threads

i received my arc flat table yesterday and installed the leg kit today. i was happy to find the bottom of the legs have a nut for mounting the feet have a size of M12 x 1.75. i was expecting M10 based on what i had read on this thread dated feb 19, 2021. I may order some casters and M12 seems to be more prevalent for heavier tables. and of course they will be stronger/sturdier than M10.

You know, somehow I must have replied in February thinking I was answering a question about the Crossfire Pro leg inserts. I have no idea what size the arc flat leg inserts are, but I’m sure you’re right!

I deleted that post so as to not contribute to any further confusion. Thanks for calling it to my attention!

mr hank, no problem. thanks for clarifying.

Received mine last week… indeed M12 x 1.75 for the leveling pads. I will be ordering these:

M12 Threaded-Stem Leveling Casters

Has anyone purchased the leg kit recently? When I purchased mine last April (2024) the level feet still used the M12 thread, so I was able to buy casters that fit. As of April 2025, the threads are now smaller? I don’t have a thread checker so was curious if anyone knows?

Got a thread checker and confirmed the threads on the leveling feet are now 10mm x 1.5

Back to 10mm huh? ?That’s disappointing. 12mm is just that much beefier vs. 10mm.

Still considering one of these tables as the Eastwood combo folding plasma cutting and welding table I’ve been using…just sucks to use. Imagine a folding table with swinging leaves that weigh 30 pounds each and you get the idea. Darn thing is right dangerous to fold/unfold use.

PrimeWeld’s table does not disappoint. The optional casters are a great way to go too.

Yes, I ended up drilling and tapping for m12 so that I could use the same casters. Amazing how much work was created simply because they welded in a m10 nut instead of m12!

Yea, if I didn’t already have one arcflat I probably would’ve gone with two primeweld tables
