Langmuirs new tech support team

In the last month or so, this new technical support team has stepped up to the proverbial plate. That job can be stressful, with frustrated customers and some just irate. They have all exceeded my expectations. Hell, they chime in on almost all the forum tech problems we would try to handle.
I know that we all thought that this accusation would be the end of our little company. But it does seem like they are doing what’s necessary to hire some new competent employees.
Again, this is just my two cents.

I would agree…I have ac tually seen some more action and support on the 2 Langmuir Facebook pages I follow…

I have always said Langmuir from day one has impressed me…from the personal service to the amazing products they put oiut and support!!!
