You didn’t answer my questions. We can’t help you unless you want to help us!!
As far as the Everlast if you hook it up properly you shouldn’t have any trouble.

But that wouldn’t fix future files though.
No I didn’t try using it by hand. But I did use the button on the fire control and it didn’t have a delay when it would shut off. I’ll try it when I get home not home right now.
It would if you use Sheetcam to add those pauses in every file.
Could also get the THC too. Cause it would make it pause too. You know I just thought about something when I sent it to Primeweld they prob used the THC on there table so they wouldnt have noticed it. Cause it would have paused enough for it not to do it. Gene said they ran it on there table for over a hr and it ran flawless.
So I hooked up the hand torch and used the trigger and it didn’t lag any when it shut off.
not sure if you specified somewhere but does your table have THC? and if so are you using it or not.
THC shouldn’t be a factor anyways as it only controls the torch up/down movement relative to the distance to material and not the torch firing/shutting off.
you really need to post/share your code, if you haven’t already, to diagnose it further.
Not sure if primeweld was testing your file on an actually Langmuir table or one of their own. that would also make a difference.
If I post the cut file can you see the g-code that way? No I don’t have THC . That’s what I was wondering if they would help with this not necessarily fix it but would it cause a pause when the torch goes up after the cut . But was also wondering if it would just cause another problem like when it goes up would it keep cutting material.
Still learning how to post that stuff on here.

This is the cut file. What else would you guys need?
made a plate with some holes in it. Took pic of the post process. Going to go out and cut it. And ill video it.

I don’t see any issues with the file. Either the torch relay is being lazy and not shutting off or your plasma is doing it ..
The control box has a new board and relay for the on and off .
I am starting to think it’s the plasma cutter doing it.
New parts malfunction all the time. Can you listen for the relay to see how fast it snaps out ….. with your old plasma not doing it I would lean towards the plasma as well…..
Question for others does fusion have a setting that could delay the torch off?
I can’t hear worth a crap. Do you mean the relay in the control box or the relay in the plasma cutter?
It is the plasma cutter. The Yes welder works. So that eliminates the Langmuir controller. Get in touch with Gene at Primeweld and have him send you a new one. I’ve been busy today, so I have not followed this thread. You switched to the old, yes, welder plasma, and it cuts correctly? At least it does in your picture. I have a hard time thinking it’s the torch. Primeweld will help you, I would think. You shouldn’t have to replace every board in the thing.
That pic is what I send them before I sent it back to them. About 3 weeks ago. They put a new cnc board in it. And they said it ran flawless on there table over a hour. The only thing I think of is that there table had THC which gave it time to when it goes up for it to shut off. I don’t have THC on mine. But I am going to call him tomorrow.
