Issues with cutout deviation after each cut of the same drawing

I’m trying to make multiple cutouts for the same drawing/pattern. The first cut perfectly matches the drawing, but after each progressive cut, the cutout begins to deviate from the original drawing. Lines become wobbly and cut-points worsen. I’m not sure what could be causing this issue. This has happened with several different patterns, so it is not limited to one file/drawing.

Probably consumable wear. What is the cut time per part?

Interesting nib. If you watch the cut can you tell if it is near the entree or exit? I don’t think a slipping drive screw would do it.
