Is there a way to measure an imported drawing?

Hello,

I’m new to Sheetcam, and have looked at videos and read through the manual, but I have a question that I’m having trouble finding an answer to.

Is there a way to measure, say between 2 points, on an imported drawing/part to make sure that the scaling value is set correctly? I know I can cut out the part, but that seems wasteful if the scale is not correct.

Hope that explains what I’m looking for.

Right click . There is a option to measure.

If you want to measure between two points, do as Phillip said. Right click, select measure, click on the first spot and move your cursor to the second spot. To stop measuring, right click again and select end measure.

If you just want to know how big your drawing is, just move the cursor and watch the numbers on the bottom bar. They show the distance that the cursor is from the lower left corner in X and Y.
