Had to change out my torch head due to some galled electrode threads. Curiosity got the best of me of what’s inside. Here’s a few pics of the torch head split apart.

As you can see there is not a lot of room in there things are very close.
This is why you never clamp on the torch as, I have said many times.
Just a little deformation of the torch head and the plunger can stop moving or only move a little and cause misfires. As well as shorting out the wires.
But George, I don’t see where the GROUND Clamp goes!
