Changed consumables, and still have this weird chatter.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
Clean your rails, and lead screws. Check the bearings in the blocks on the Y rails.
Check to see if the torch mount is tight, not able to wiggle it around in the Z axis racket.
Check your couplers to make sure nothing is slipping.
Check all the connections going into the control box (motors)

If its only on changes of direction, its a mechanical problem. Something is loose and allowing the torch to move when it changes direction.
