I cannot seem to be able to make an NC program to cut all around?+(Solved)

I guess I am puzzled that you were not able to get your drawing thru Manufacturing with the changes I had instructed/made.

Did you even try to open this file offered earlier?:

A quick and dirty way that I did was edit the sketch, and drew long lines from one wall to the other (half).

If it turns blue, that portion is closed.

Draw another line wall to wall, rinse and repeat until there is a manageable segment to zoom in and locate it the broken segment.

Once fixed. Trim tool to delete all the bisecting lines I drew.

Thank you, I was able to make it all blue, But I think it was all the doubled up lines.
TinWhisperer showed me that trick too, he calls it divide and conquer,

Yes, I did I thought all was good till I tried to make test run then got the note about hitting something?? I am going to start from scratch, Thank you for all your help I really do appreciate it, and need it

The lines were only half your problem. For some reason, Fusion thinks you are milling. That yellow rectangle is what it thinks the stock you are cutting.
Start from scratch. Watch that video I sent you. Plasma on fusion is very simple. Draw it, extrude it, set it up, cut the profile, and post. Always draw on the top surface.
