So here’s my problem. Book says loose, missing, bad consumables.
Changed with new ones, still showing. Took it to work and let the guru look at it still showed. I’m pissed any ideas on where to look since I can’t fire and have everything else working?
The cap switch indicator light is on.

What consumable pack are you currently using?
You could list the model numbers or take a screenshot of the pack assembly from the manual.
I have seen the cap switch go bad on these before that’s what I would start looking.
Finally got hold of hypotherm and they said keep working on the switch but since it’s still under warranty they’ll get me a new one on order
