Hello guys. I have a Hyphertherm pmx65 and I’m running cnc with it. I also bought a 45 amp hyphertherm torch, I want to connect this 45 amp torch for manual cuts and make manual cuts. but when I plug the 45 amp torch into the machine, I get the 0-52 error. It doesn’t work. How does this 45 amp torch work on a pmx65 amp machine?

Maybe it is not push in all the way.

Depending on the torch 45 amp you have torch may not fit the 65 and 85 power supply models.
My 45xp hand torch almost but does not plug into the Powermax 85. I believe it is their way of keeping a user from running more then 45 amps through a 45 amp torch.
What model hand torch do you have ?
