Hypertherm 85 cut chart

Good day, so just got a Hypertherm 85 and downloaded Hypertherms cut chart. It gives me a lot of information but not the amps needed per thickness of steel. Has anyone developed a short list that works well with just cut speeds, amps and pierce delay for thicknesses of 1/6" to 1" mild steel?

Thanks so much in advance. Cheers

What cut chart did you download that didn’t give you amps? Hypertherm provides that.

Here, from the manual. https://www.weldersupply.com/Content/files/ProductPDFs/Powermax65OperatorManual.pdf?srsltid=AfmBOoq9-2h1MHBK0O7RSKDcD2BFYCw5_ui1lubLlwpgOu5amzvYwgTb

Hypertherm charts are pretty accurate for dry cutting. Reduce cut IPM 15-20% for water table cutting. That has been my experience.

I decided to retire Sariose. She passed away back in 2015. Now I have Hans. 6y/o GSD at 110# *not fat - he’s a really big boy. Front paws are as big as my GF’s hands.

I might start rotating the kids around.

Why? Do you think the dog would be offended?

No now that I read it again it doesn’t sound like it did when I first read it

No, I knew how you meant it, I just turned it around to be funny. lol

Granted my GF has Asian sheet folder hands (small-ish, dexteritish - is that a word) and she can fold a fitted sheet tight and square enough to put it back in the OE packaging without bulging or tearing the paperboard.
