The controller is shipped with isolator mounts, you don’t want controller box grounded to table. Is there continuity from controller to table? I would check for continuity at each end of on/off torch cable to make sure it is good.
Checked continuity and seems good. Just as I was about to send this message I jogged the machine all the way across the table and hit manual torch it fired 
. I’m not sure what that did. Was able to run the test with no no issues and fires now.

New and my first post.
Received my crossfire pro a few weeks ago. Set up and first cuts went fine after remembering to put machine torch consumables on my hand torch.
Not wanting to buy a machine torch and also wanting to use the hand torch without having to rewire everytime between hand and machine.
I decided to put a switch in the hand torch connector housing .Allowing me to flip a switch to choose between handheld and machine. Also no need to tie the hand torch trigger closed anymore.

Feel I am correct in calling the switch a DPST?
