I need help with wiring my Ls THC to my Razor weld Cut 45. A good vido would be nice.
Is this a Razorweld with the torch on/off and Divided voltage ports on the front?
If so, just connect a wire from one of the ports on the plasma cutter to the Torch On/Off port on the electronics enclosure and try to fire the torch from Firecontrol with the manual torch fire button. If the torch fires, leave that connected and connect a wire from the other port on the Razorweld to the DIV input port on the VIM (little plastic box). The connect a wire from the DIV output on the VIM to the THC port on the electronics enclosure.
If the torch doesn’t fire, switch the torch on/off wire to the other port and try again.
It won’t hurt anything to hook up the wires to the wrong ports.
