It has been a while since I have used my Crossfire Pro and Fusion. Today I want to cut out a very simple part. I has to go through the “dual verification” BS and was able to finally get into 360. I noticed some subtle changes but was able to quickly design my part. I now am in manufacturing and it is completely different. I finally found the drop-down tab for cutting but it seems to be a milling operation??? I was able to find my Razor Weld in a library but it does me no good. What happened??? How do I do my setup now for plasma cutting??? This used to be so simple, I could of used a cut-off disc and had it done by now. I’ve wasted an hour trying to figure this out.
I found it finally. I feel a little stupid though.

They change this stuff all the time on all programs. I can’t even work on my own web site any longer.

You are so right…the change really throws you off.
For those following this topic, once you switch the area in the setup to “Cutting” it is pretty much the same as before (with some little twists here and there):

That’s odd. I just checked and mine still defaults to “Cutting”.
With the update a few months ago, on mine at least, it switched to milling (first on the list so I guess it grabbed by default). Once I CAM’d a project with “Cutting” it has not switched back. It has remained in the “Cutting” format since I switched it the one time.
