Visa locked mine not long ago due to a purchase I was trying to make at a Rural King store not 10 miles from my house. When I spoke the agent and got it unlocked, he said their algorithm must have felt the day of the week, time, location, and $$ amount were not likely based on my purchasing patterns.

Must have been my attitude that day because I’ve shopped there literally hundreds of times.
