How did you get it on the stand? post your pics!

just placed a 4x4 in the “mouth” of the side supports. Ratchet strap to help with any tilting and forks on a tractor. Worked great…

Chain hook attachment on a forklift. Hooked to kind of multi-chain gizmo, those chains hooked to the included shipping brackets. Electric forklift with very good control. Had a smart friend helping me.
Did not take a picture.

At least in Seattle metro, some of the rental places will rent you an A-frame crane (I’ve not done it but a friend has.) So if you don’t have a forklift and DO have the ceiling height, renting an A-frame crane with chain fall may be helpful.

An engine hoist will work. The top half weighs about 750 lbs. I had a forklift, but an engine hoist can work with a little planning.

Bumping this thread - would like to see pictures of anyone doing this solo with the Harbor Freight engine hoist.

Looking to purchase one soon and need to pre-plan a bit.

Unfortunately don’t remember what I did and didn’t take photos beyond this one. I remember being frustrated though!

best guess is that I used the hoist to set the brake on those blocks and then used that pallet jack (in the background) at a diagonal.
