Hooking up a sync 85 with hand torch

The point I was trying to make is that they want sole control over the spare parts. This is similar to how John Deere restricts access to their computer systems, allowing only authorized John Deere dealers to service their equipment. I believe it’s the same mentality. Don’t get me wrong, the plasma machine is absolutely the best on the market. I hope you can understand my perspective.

haven’t had any luck bypassing the trigger guess ill just keep running the 45 on the table till a machine torch is in the budget. thanks for the help. the chip in the torch handle is limiting it from being bypassed. when we were shopping for a bigger cutter the sync part was a turn off. after running it for a couple years now i cant bitch about the consumable life they seam to keep going cutting or gouging tips

Wire up the interface cable as if you had a machine torch. The handheld will work. Fallow instructions in pdf file. Your torch on from table control box goes to 3 and 4 terminal voltage divider 50:1 goes to 5 and 6 terminal/
