Hobart Plasma Cutter Anyone

I was wondering if anyone was using a Hobart Airforce 40I Plasma Cutter on here?

I’ve got the Hobart 700i. Same machine. I believe the only difference is you have an upgraded torch

I use the Hobart 40i with my table.

I use Hobart 250ci with my desk. Amazing, with a good cutting torch.

What speed do you run at? I was trying to run what the book said and it was not working.

I upgraded to a Hypertherm when I got my Pro table but when I had my original table with the Hobart I followed the Hobart cut charts and never ran into any issues. Perhaps you have moisture in your air or need to put in new consumables?
