in the beginning I had a lot of problems with the plasma cutter and the table. after a lot of emailing up and down the problem is solved. however, by myself and not by languuir. she said that I only had to buy a plasma cutter from their list or I would not get a guarantee. a bit strange. now i have a new plasma cutter from Herocut and it works really great. very sharp cuts and no more problems at all. I can really recommend this one. and perhaps they should also include it in their list
