I think you are going to need to find someone who has successfully installed that Torch Height Controller on a Crossfire machine. I’m assuming this is a Mach 3 machine and you have added some type of powered Z axis?

Presumably this is a CrossFire original with Mach 3 as the controller? I’ve done this conversion and it works well. I can ‘talk’ you through it if you don’t find anyone local. PM me if you want some help.
