Help With 2D Profiles on Fusion 360 Mac! (SOLVED)

Looking to get some help with a file I have. I created multiple 2D profiles for relief cuts and other elements I need different settings on. After my relief cut’s are completed they go to the keyholes, the problem is at the end of the relief cuts (in simulation on fusion 360) it hesitates and shows me that (what I thought would just be the move to the next 2D profile) is in fact showing torch is on cutting the whole travel to next tool path. Any help would be appreciated I’ve tried all I can think of to fix it. First time posting on the forum so I apologize is this is posted elsewhere.

Post a screenshot of your profile setup.

Your cut paths are created and set forth by you, no reason why they would cut on the rapids on your software. When that occurs in the physical sense on your table, it’s due to having 2T set to 4T.

But like I said, post a screenshot because pictures are worth much more.

I did quite a bit of reading last night while I was waiting for this post to be approved. Turns out the the clearance height cannot be 0, so I set it to 0.1" and it remedied it. This was in simulation, I try to simulate before I post process everything and then I generally dry run when it physically gets to my table (if it needs to be perfect). I appreciate your response tho!

It’s great when people do additional troubleshooting on their own!

I’m a long time Fusion user and have to ask, what is clearance height? It may be in a tab I ignore and leave alone hence my asking.

Why would one change it at all?
