I just finished putting my crossfire pro all together. Its the 3x4 with a hypertherm 45xp. Everything seems to be working except the height control. It says no connection. I’ve been searching every inch of the internet and forums for help. And I’ve tried just about everything. Has anyone else had this issue? My device manager says everything is good with most recent drivers. Im lost where else to look. Thanks for listening 
Install the driver from the downloads section of the Langmuir website. It says it’s for older Windows versions, but it’s the correct one. I know the instructions say the driver will be automatically loaded, but most of the time that is not the case
It’s near the bottom of the downloads page and it’s listed as Crossfire USB THC driver.
