Hi everyone, I’m a newb with the crossfire pro and give up pulling my hair with this issue I’ve been encountering. I’m cutting knives on a sheet, but between cuts, the motors seem to skip when traveling on the Y axis. This happens during regular jogging (200+300 speed) and when moving between pieces causing it to misalign. I squared the gantry and reset all of the bearings to get the right pressure. Is there any way to slow the travel speed in between cuts? Or is there any tutorials on how to properly adjust the bearings?
Sounds like the couplers are loose… check those…
Mark them on the motor and lead screw sided with a sharpie and do a dry run. When it’s done check the markings to see if they are still inline or not.
