can the plates ( half circles ) be moved apart so they aren’t cutting over each other ?
Kerf is set to 1" in the tool . set it to .055 or whichever your charts says

Based on this picture alone, you can tell your kerf width is huge.
The blue line is the cut path your torch will travel, which is set by you and the kerf width you’ve entered.
