Has anyone seen this message?

Good morning, has anyone seen this message on their crossfire pro through fireshare? I got it last night when trying to cut a .nc file from fire share.

Also i created a part on fusion but need help creating the G code. Anyone out there have step by steps for that to make it easier? Ive watched youtube videos but maybe im missing something.

Welcome to the forum. This is a common error for beginners and has been answered MANY times. The Search tool (in the upper right corner) is your friend. Search for “No Program Speed found”

Yep.

It happens for a number of reasons:

  1. Often this error means that the cut file lacks any actual cutting instructions such as there were no contours picked during the CAM operation or the CAM operation was not completed.
  2. FireControl may need to be re-installed
  3. The post processing file used was not the correct one. The first line of the gcode would confirm that. Something like this: (v1.6-af) or (v1.6-sc)
  4. The cut file is only cutting holes and you are using Feed Optimization where the speed of the holes never reaches the full speed set by your tool.
  5. The last line of the gcode file did not include this line (or similar):
“(PS120)” where 120 would be the cut speed of your tool
  6. It has been discovered that this could happen when you use FireControl to upload (save) a file then re-open it.

This message also happens when you use Firecontrol to upload (save) a file then re-open it.
