No green led on the silver power supply box, tested voltage with multimeter checks out good. Is there a replaceable fuse or does the the whole box have to be replaced, I would investigate further but don’t want to void warranty by breaking seal. Also I have only ran it through the break in program, common to have issues this quick?

Just to confirm, all the wires are connected and the toggle switch illuminates, correct?
Double checked the connections they were all tight and the switch was illuminated, thanks for the quick reply
