anyone here not bust to one on one, short lesson, help me use either fusion 360 or sheetcam. I might not even be setup right, im clueless, factory I have called, hate to bug them anymore, they try but I got machine that I cant use, ANYONE, I CAN EVEN DO A PHONE CALL TO WHOMEVER CAN HELP. THANKS IN ADVANCE

Assembly of the table?
Set up Fire control?
Set up the plasma cutter?
Create a project to cut?
Create the Gcode to send to Fire control ?

I would recommend you take @Kwikfab’s offer. It sounds like you might need the extra help via a video interaction to get started. Once you get some of the basics out of the way then I think you will have a better idea of how to explain what is going on and a number of people can help.
Feeling overwhelmed is not entirely unusual with this process. Hang in there…don’t give up.
Agree, there are a few key concepts and steps to understand, then you’ll be cutting/learning to work with your new tool.
Once you get it, your plasma table and your ability to fab parts will be accurate, reliable and repeatable.
I love my XPro, it’s so cool to see it in action. Nothing but smiles.

If the author did find help, I do hope it’s from one of our regulars as they will provide solid advice.
Sometimes I meet and help those that received really bad advice from others so I’m having to try and break bad habits.

Ah geez.
I have to say Langmuir offers great customer support (in my experience) but I would goes as far as to guess that the issue at hand has to do with the basic workflow.
Something any of us here can easily help to explain in case Langmuir’s version isn’t enough to do so.
