Been getting a wiggle line randomly on the same spot every cut only spot it happens. I have made sure everything is snug. checked on file. just started happening.
Been having a lot of random small issues here lately.
machine is square everything is tight from my knowledge.
i clean and oil machine after i am done using almost every time.
couldn’t find anything in forum i haven’t tried. Maybe i didn’t look hard enough Thanks in advance
Same cut file or same spot in the table?
If it’s the file and you created the file I would go in the file make a copy of the file, go to the sketch and delete that line and redraw the line then redo the set up and repost. That is when I would start.
If it’s a spot in the table check every nut and bolt on the side of the table. I did have a malfunction that was due to the wires getting tight causing my plasma head to twist slightly. I have a hand torch.

If it were me, I would’ve immediately gone over the file again as it’s clear the machine’s movements are working correctly.

I’ll have to go and look at it I’ve cut this file a million times haven’t had this problem till recently maybe something got messed up somehow.
I did go through loosen everything and retightened it and made cuts in that spot so I’m guessing it has to be the file. Just don’t understand how that would have happened to the file. I appreciate the replies
Check for duplicate line in the sketch.
@fuegobut when you say you have used this file a lot. Are you using the same gcodes that cut successful or are you reposting each time?
You you are using the same codes that cut successful it will be a mechanical problem.
