I’ll repeat the same here. Your cable from your plasma cutter is pre-terminated and labeled, telling you what pin is what.
The manual states this as well.
Your Langmuir table (Legacy) states it needs torch on/off to be wired to a barrel plug.
Use pins 1 and 2, as they are torch on/off in your own manual, and solder them to a barrel plug (5.5mm).
