Gantry tube to rail is off
Ok so i have a problem on my Gantry it’s out off Alightment and i untighten the 3 screws to align but it doesn’t go farther then what its right now. pictures show better. Any suggestions?@langmuir-daniel
Hi, this happened to another recent customer and is essentially a two fold problem. Our technicians are trained to inspect the black carriage weldment to ensure that the bracket is welded on square by our vendor. If it is not, then it can cause the issue that you are facing.
We can either send you a new carriage weldment that you can swap in, or you can remove the gantry tube and open up the 3/8” mounting holes on the bottom face in order to provide further adjustment. Another option is to replace the 3/8” hardware with 5/16”. Let us know if you’d like us to send you the new carriage and we’ll get that out tomorrow.

Great thank you soo much. By the way i try drilling making hole bigger but its so off no enough meat left to drill. didn’t want you guys to spend on this but sorry its very off.
