Gantry Adjustment XL after loosing gantry bolts

Hi,
I installed the XL kit but doing so had to remove the bolts on the gantry here:

Following the writeup I still had issues getting the new longer tubes to slide into the gantry and make the correct bearing contacts. I fixed all the blocks and did the alignment and now the bearings look to be seated correctly.

Now that I have it done I have this issue:

Note that the arm is slightly higher about .85 deg elevated from the gantry. Here it is in relation to the slats:

I could move the casters around and try to get it level but I don’t think thats the issue. Anyone have any suggestions on how best to get the gantry level?

Look for the alignment procedure video, there should be one online. It is part of the build process.
