G code incomplete when choosing RNR controller vs printer usb plugin

Im having an issue with loading my G code with mach 3 when i use RNR motion controller (the onky controller i have.) I noticed when i close the program and open up and choose the “normal printer port operation” the Code will load normally, but it doesnt acutally move the table. Then when clicking out and re opening with RNR it only loads a small section of the beginning of the program again. I’ve been using my OG crossfire 2x2 with fusion 360 and mach 3 for nearly 3 years. It only happens with some files. I cant find how to change controllers with the program open and the g code loaded. Since I Uninstalled and re installed, it now asks before I open mach 3, which controller I want to use. Thats the only reason I figured out there was a difference in the first place. Help.

not sure if you saw my response on FB but are you sure you’re selecting the correct profile in mach3 when you first click on the mach3 button?

since you reinstalled mach3, you might need to add the profile and plug-in in the proper locations.

if you have everything installed correctly, you should have a list similar to this. you should only select the crossfire profile.

The demo version will only process a small number of lines of GCode. Your design probably has a bunch of tiny line segments which would, most likely, exceed the number of lines allowed.

And, as @nicaDd points out, I’m not sure you have the right profile file selected.
