Fusion to Fire control error (SOLVED-correct post processor applied)

So so… This is my first post in the forums. CCrossfire Pro setup, straight line cuts are perfect using a razor weld cut 45.
Using fusion I’ve got a 39 mm star program done and when I send it to the fire control system I get this error. I can download a cut ready program from the fire share and it cuts it perfectly. It looks as though the fusion 360 is trying to do it in GRBL.

Any help appointment in the right direction would be fantastic! Thank you.

Well, GRBL is the controller FireControl uses, but you need to install the proper CrossFire Post Processor to get the correct commands.

Thank you for the help. I hate the sound ignorant. I have downloaded the latest post-processor into my downloads but I have absolutely no idea how to install that into fire control.

Go to:
https://www.langmuirsystems.com/software/fusion#post-section
Follow steps A5 & A6 to install the post processor.

Thank you! I Will get after it after the game!!!

If you attach the the f3d file, we could take a look at it. That Yeswelder does not need to be part of the Set-up. That might be messing it up.

Here is how you attach the *.f3d file:

There are two primary reasons this appears “No Program Speed Found”:

  1. The wrong post processor was used, or
  2. The speed of the actual cutting never got up to the speed set for the cutting tool (such as when you are using “optimization” to slow down at curves.)

The post-processor is used by Fusion or SheetCAM to make the gcode in the format that FireControl is expecting. Since you are using Fusion, the link Tom gave you will help explain where that comes into the process.

Thank you for the input!!! Everything works great now!!!

Works great now! Thank you!
