Ok so the bottom tool bar is gone and I can not figure out how to get it back? I thought this might have happened after a update, but I don’t know how to check that either 
This screen shot shows the tool bar at the very bottom.
I hit the maxamize button in the chrome and it came back. Not sure why

Check the square full screen box at the top right and see if there are two one almost over the other one. Happen to me this week.
